KBServices is a trading name of Kata Group Pty Ltd (ABN 12 636 119 198), based in Liverpool NSW. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KBServices.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect the information you give us when you ask for a quote, contact us, or become a customer. This can include:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number
• The services you're interested in and any message you send us
• For payment enquiries, optional details such as your current provider and monthly card sales
• If you become a customer, the details we need to set up and support your services, including what a payment or finance provider asks for in an application
• Our emails and other correspondence with you

When you send an enquiry through the website, we also record the page you first arrived on and the website or ad that referred you, so we know which pages and ads are useful. Your browser keeps this for up to 30 days.

To understand how our website is used and improve it, we record anonymous usage information on our own systems. This includes:

• The pages you view and when
• The website or ad campaign that referred you
• Your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop)
• Actions such as using the savings calculator, tapping our phone number or sending an enquiry
• A random identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. It doesn't identify you, and we don't record your IP address.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't record your visit.

We don't use Google Analytics or advertising tracking pixels. Some services we rely on do receive basic technical information when you visit:

• Cloudflare hosts our website and provides basic visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface our pages use, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Google Maps is only loaded if you choose “Show Google map” on our contact or support page.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes
• Provide, set up and support the products and services you buy from us
• Send you confirmations, technical notices and support messages
• Tell you about products and services we think may be useful, which you can opt out of at any time
• Improve our website and services

We don't sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With your consent
• With the payment, finance or other product providers you ask us to arrange services with
• With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), our database (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend)
• Where the law requires or allows it

Some of these providers are based overseas and may store or process your information outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, change or disclosure.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it, where we're not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing messages
